RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you have placed an online order and change your, you may exercise your legal right of withdrawal under the conditions below.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For Online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, without having to provide a reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must:

• Be unworn and unused
  
• Be in their original condition 
• Have all original tags attached
• Have no stains,odors,damage or other sign of use

You must try on clothing as you would in a physical store. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics or fit, we may deduct any resulting loss in value from the refund.

 

RETURN SHIPPING 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless damaged or defective.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an order.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

For a full withdrawl, we will also refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available at the time of purchase. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the refunded good or until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
